Government announces new funding for businesses in response to COVID variant Omicron.

The government announced a new grant on 21 December 2021 aimed at businesses in the hospitality and leisure sectors. When the guidance is received, it will provide us with the details required to devise a scheme. At the moment, information about this grant is only available from the government on their website. It is likely that eligible businesses will have to complete an application form. As soon as a scheme has been devised and approved, the details will be published to the BCP Council website. https://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/News/News-Features/COVID-19/Employers-and-businesses/Financial-support-for-businesses/Omicron-grant.aspx?fbclid=IwAR0iBWA3XS8n2XXWRiokaAAyc4lf1n2nZnHayYnLepFfsC8UJ8STg7UgPFA
